Where to watch Barça v Feyenoord in Amsterdam
Champions League · Wednesday 9 September · kick-off 18:45
We watch Barça v Feyenoord together at PARCK aka Ping Pong Bar, with the sound on and a room full of culers. Kick-off is 18:45 Amsterdam time on Wednesday 9 September. It is free, there is nothing to sign up for, and you do not need to speak Catalan or Spanish — most of the group does not.
The bar we watch it at
Every match, the same place: PARCK aka Ping Pong Bar. Ask for the Barça room — the penya takes the back screens.
What time to turn up
We gather from 18:30, fifteen minutes before kick-off, so there is time to get a drink and a seat before it starts. Turning up at kick-off usually means standing.
What to expect
- Free to attend. No ticket, no membership required, no minimum spend.
- The match with the original commentary and the sound on, not as background to a Premier League game.
- Around thirty to sixty of us on an ordinary league night, more for a Clásico or a European tie.
- Four languages in the room. Catalan, Spanish, Dutch and English all get you through the evening.
Come along
The easiest way in is the WhatsApp group — that is where the venue, the kick-off and any change gets announced. Joining is also how you register as an official penyista with FC Barcelona, which is what puts you in the away-ticket ballots.
